Redefining variables in consecutive study steps

Suppose I want to use different expressions for a predefined parameter in the first and second study step, how can I do that in a neat manner?
More concrete:
Call the parameter f(t)
- step 1: time-dependent solver. Parameter should be: f(t)=step(t)
- step 2: time-dependent solver. Should take initial values from solution 1, but parameter should be f(t)=constant

Hi
I expect that you must enable and disable two BC with the different cases, and reset the "initial condition" to point to your first study.
But I'm not sure you will get the different time steps to use the initial conditions from different time steps of the initial condition "automatically", probably you must select it manually in the time sequence list
