How to add a mass source term in N-S equation

[start here] How to add a source term which is only acted in a limited location, for instance, a square in 2-D problems.

you can set up this square in the 2D model and add the source term by selecting this square, or you can write the if function, such as if(-1[unit]<=x(axis)<=1[unit]&&-1[unit]<=y(axis)<=1[unit],source term,0).
