Regarding short edges are appearing in the model even after doing virtual operations?

After importing the model geormetry to the COMSOL, there are many faces and edges were there. I used virtual operations as they mentioned in the forum discussions of COMSOL. But still there is an error showing short edges than the element size. In our model the cross section of the smallest block is 25 microns by 94mm. I was trying to do custom meshing by keeping the minimum and maximum element size for every block. It is a huge time consuming process. So, please suggest me the way of doing better mesh for this particular condition. Thank you.
