initial condition in transport of diluted species (tds) interface

Hi everyone,
I have put the initial condition for conc as 0 in the tds interface. But the plot of surface conc I get doesn't have zero conc everywhere initially. Instead the species already diffuses by the governing equations. Can somebody tell me why this might be happening and how can i avoid this. I want the conc to be zero everywhere initially and then this should change as time proceeds.
