Hello, I am relatively new to COMSOL and am trying to find the temperature surrounding a micro-resonator that consists of a silicon coil attached in series with a capacitor and resonates at ~400 MHz. I am having trouble showing the temperature and am not sure if I am using the right approach. I am using the microwave heating multiphysics and have tried using both eigenfrequency and frequency-stationary studies. I am attaching the model that I have right now. Any suggestions/ guidance/help would be very appreciated. Thanks!
