I calculated a matrix in MATLAB, in which there are many circle center coordinates and radius information. How to use this matrix in Comsol and create these circles?

There are two ways to find a solution to problems like this:

1) Read "Introduction to LiveLink for Matlab" and follow the modelling examples yourself. It includes the commands to do circles (and many other things)

2) Create a model in Comsol with the physics you need to solve. Create a simple geometry with a few circles. Save the model as an M-file and learn from looking at the saved code.
