Natural convection convergence problem

Hello, I am currently working on the natural convection representation in a box with two electronical components. However I can't converge the comsol model. I tried to follow the advices on this topic: https://www.comsol.fr/support/knowledgebase/103, especially the load ramping and the mesh refinement but it does not work. My mph file is linked to this discussion. Does anyone have some advices to converge my model ? Thank you.
