heat transfer in helium balloon under real solar radiation

dear community

I want to analysis the fluent heat transfer in helium balloon under real solar radiation. in my plan the solar radiation is the only heat source in the system and the emissivity of envelope is 0. 25.

then I study the light bulb example but when I set the elements as same as light bulb the result is wrong. I check the result find that the rad. Grad is 0 all the time and the temperature is constantly. everything in the system is initial status. I don't know where I have the mistake. I am very glad to get your help! thanks for your help. sincerely wish!
