Calculating Phase of the electric field at dielectric interface.

Hello. I have a very basic problem of calculating phase difference of different components of electric field along the dielectric interface. In my model, I incident a plane polarized electric field by using port boundry condition. The reflectance and transmittance I have calculted. However I wanted to see the phase relationship amongs the various components of the electric field across the boundry. I used the "arg( expression of field)" expression to get the phase by making a line cut perpendicular to interface. But I didn't get the satisfactory result. Can anyone suggest the possible way to do it. Thank you

Either there is an error in your model set up, your post-processing, or in your interpretation of the results. I suggest you post your model to the forum.

Thank you sir @Robert Koslover for your reply. I am new at comsol so their might be some error in my model as you suggested. Here I am attaching .mph file for my model. Thank you
