The output curve and materials of the micropillar design

My salutations. I have been trying to change the default material to another one, in order to get different results. In fact i added several materials for instance '' graphene, silicon, TiO2... '' yet, nothing has changed at all. In addition, i would like to get the biosensor's output curve '' the sensitivity curve''. In fact, there' s no presence for either a current or a frequency or a voltage to be used as Y- coordinate expression. In brief, i would like to ask for some tips to follow so that i will be able to understand more this biosensor functioning. Thanks in advance.
