How to deal with the error prom "Attempt to evaluate nonintegral power of negative number"?

Reaction Engineering Module OD simulation is used to simulation 3 step reduced reaction model. The reactor type is Batch, constant volume. The detail of forward rate constant and reaction rate is provided in the attachment file.! Reaction CH4+3/2O2=>CO+2H2O CO+1/2O2=>CO2 CO2=>CO+1/2O2

I wonder why you get negative concentrations. Shorter time steps do not help?
