I am studing Electrostatic Precipitators, can anyone help me to draw this shape 2D?

Sure. That looks like a sinewave to me. You can specify parametric curves in your geometry. See attached for an example. The rest is just straight lines. I encourage you to practice building geometries using the tutorial and library examples provided by Comsol.
