Heat and mass transfer (air conditioning- dehumidification)

I'd like to ask: Can we use Comsol to simulate the coupled heat and mass transfer for the solid desiccant dehumidification? For example, we got a silica gel coated heat sink (at the surface of fin) with the thermoelectric module attached at the bottom side of the heat sink. The thermoelectric module is used to both overcome the adsorption heat and provide the regeneration temperature for the silica gel layer. So, there are the flow domain in the air, heat transfer domain in the air, silica gel layer, heat sink and thermoelectric module and mass transport (water vapor) in the air and silica gel layer (porous material). It is a little bit difficult in the geometry framework (fin is too thin) and the integration of thermoelectric module with our domains.
