Evaporation using Darcy's law

I am attempting to model the process of cooking a steak on a frying pan. I have so far been able to model both conduction and convection in a porous media using the two physics packages: * Heat Transfer in Porous Media * Darcy's Law
I am now attempting to model the evaporation of water during the process. The only reasonable way of doing it directly with Darcy's Law seems to me to be adding an outlet pressure/velocity. I have been looking into other physics packages, such as "Moisture Transport in Porous Media" and also the multiphysics "Heat Transfer in Moist Porous Media" + "Moisture Transport in Porous Media", but I am not sure which of all these packages, which is most applicable for this situation.
This is my first time ever working in COMSOL. Do you have recommendations for how to model the evaporation for this case?
