Solid cylinder from random cylinder

I tried to generate a solid cylinder from random cylinder generated in COMSOL with the help of the blog https://www.comsol.com/blogs/how-to-generate-random-surfaces-in-comsol-multiphysics/. I tried with convert to solids and also cap faces but could not succeed. Can anyone help?
