Error in microwave heating

Hi
I used microwave heating model but I constantly get the error of
feature:time 1(sol1/t1) encountered problem
Error: Failed to find consistent initial values
Please help me
Also I need to enter the power of microwave P=P0e^(ay) but donot know how I can add this
