[start here]Good day everyone, I have questions related to the development of MTJ stack in COMSOL Multiphysics. Firstly, as to what exactly is the physics needed for MTJ modelling under the select physics tree and how to calculate the magnetoresistance plot for a stack with different materials applied. What exactly are the steps to be followed? Can someone please describe all the steps in detail for the above MTJ modelling.

Thanks and regards, Roksan

I have to admit I'd never heard of an MTJ Stack. I found info about it here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tunnel_magnetoresistance . Looks to me like this sort of physics might be addressable using Comsol's AC/DC and/or Semiconductor Module. See https://www.comsol.com/semiconductor-module and https://www.comsol.com/acdc-module . You might want to ask a Comsol sales representative what would work best to support all the relevant physics.
