Fatigue Loading on road due to moving vehicle load

Hi There, Please guide me the best way to study the effect of fatigue loading due to moving load? Can I use the Stress based Fatigue study? For modelling the load cycle, can I use parametric study to move the point loads representing wheel load? Thanks in advance, Dr Naveet Kaur, Scientist, BES, CSIR-CRRI
