Error in implementing deformed geometry

Hello all, I am trying to simulate boundary movement using the deformed geometry in my simple rectangular 2-D model (top, bottom, and left boundary fixed and right boundary only moving). The boundary first moves outside and then it move inside based on the condition " if(t<20, -0.1 m/s, 0.1m/s) i.e., when time is less than 20 seconds, the boundary moves out with velocity 0.1 m/s, but when t>20 the boundary moves inside with velocity 0.1m/s.. When I am running the model, the solver gives an error "Repeated error test failures. May have reached a singularity. Time: 19.999999999999986 s. Last time step is not converged." The model is not able to incorporate the change in the direction. I have checked for meshing and solver settings but still not able to solve this issue. Please give me suggestions on how can I solve this problem of deformed mesh with direction change.
