Line Integral on topology optimization?

Hello all!
I have conducted a small experiment using topology optimization in conjunction with the heat transfer in solids package. The resulting geometry is rather complex. I am now trying to compare it to conventional designs that exist for the problem I am looking at, and I need some information about the surface area / line length where heat transport can take place.
In the conventional designs, I can select a line integral in the derived vales section, put in 1, select all boundaries and comsol will return the total length. How do I do this with a topology optimized mesh?
Essentially, I have a structure, with a output material volume of 1, surrounded by output material volume 0. How do I return its "circumference"?
Thanks so much for any help! Hope my problem became clear, again thank you! Finn
