Modeling a Piezoelectric Resonator in a Fluid

Hello!
I am trying to model a piezoelectric oscillator within a fluid. However, when producing a frequency graph to find the resonance, I receive the same frequence regardless of the liquid used. I am currently using solid mechanics coupled to the electrostatics through the piezoelectric effect multiphysics. I have also tried it with and without laminar flow but it appears to not affect the outcome of the graph.
I think the problem is that COMSOL is not reading it as a fluid and is just looking at the piezoelectric oscillations of the structure or it is using the eigenmodes. I was wondering if their were any suggestions on how to get COMSOL to recognize the fluid around the resonator.
Thanks so much!
