Micro-heater in air - errors

I'm new to COMSOL - trying to model a micro-heater in air using electro - thermal interaction. Voltages are taken from the v_time(t) function.

A 6250 error is produced for Q_emdc2 in the general heat transfer subdomain. If I remove it the results produced are clearly incorrect.
I also include the model for the heater by itself.

Any help is appreciated.
