Rotation of a 2d axisymmetric structure to make it 3d

Hi,

I wanted to rotate a 2d structure around the vertical axis (x=0 in the figure) and plot the cross sectional view of the electric field (looking in from the top along the y axis). I want to get a ring as a plot of the Electric field. Does someone know how to do this?

I also heard that we can post process the COMSOL results/plots in matlab and do a rotaion operation.It would be great if someone provided some clarity on this also.

I attached pictures of the structure and electric field below.
