Object does not stretch to prescribed displacement

I am fairly new to COMSOL and was playing around. I simulated a block of a rubbery material. When I fixed one boundary and assigned a displacement to the other, the limit at which the it stopped "stretching" was below the assigned displacement?

I experimented from adding forces etc, but the displacement is the same?
