How to implement boundary conditions in Bioheat module?

Hello everyone

I'm having difficulties implementing some boundary conditions in the bioheat module within a 2D Axisymmetric model. The objective would be this:

Context: At the boundary of tumor (i=1) and liver tissue(i=2), the temperature and heat flux are continuous. How can I do this?

Also, is it possible to set a upper bound to the values of T1 and T2? For e.g:
