Drude Lorentz Model

Hi, I am trying to simulate a hybrid plasmonic waveguide at 1550nm using COMSOL Multiphysics software (RF Module). For that I want to use Drude-Lorentz model for metal and semiconductor. How to find out the values of the various parameters of this model like plasma frequency(rad/s), Oscillator strength, Resonance freaquency(rad/s) and damping in time (rad/s).

It depends on the materails and maybe you can find those parameter though some papers which used this materail.
