Problem in practicng example of 4.2a

Dear Sir ,
,I am practicing the 'convection-diffusion'model from the model library(Transport and Adsorption).But on computing it is showing "failed to evaluate varable jacobian v_lam ".Please suggest how to remove this hurdle.(i have checked it for correct entries).
