Can COMSOL simulate a resistor in parallel with the FEM?

Hi all,

Using the Electric Circuits and Electric Currents physics, can COMSOL simulate a resistor in parallel with the FEM?

In series, yes. But it does not seem to be the case for in parallel from attempts.
