Heat transfer in thin film and nanoparticles

Hi,
I am a new user of COMSOL and I am trying to simulate heat transfer inside amorphous silicon thin film deposited on a glass substrate.

My question is how to draw structure of thin film or nanoparticles on glass substrate?
