Simulating Urinating: Fluid-Structure-Acoustic Interactions

Hello,
We want to develop a simulation environment that produces the sounds of urinating in a normal bathroom. In this proposed simulation, urine flowing through a pipe with a diameter of 1-2 mm will interact with the sides of the toilet and the water inside, and acoustic waves will be measured due to these liquid-solid interactions.
As it is known, COMSOL can calculate the "acoustic-structure" and "fluid-structure" interactions separately. So, can "fluid-structure-acoustic" analyze these 3 interactions at the same time? If you think it is possible to make this simulation, what way would you recommend to follow?
