Drift-diffusion simulation of plasmonic solar cells

Dear Community,
I would like to simulate the device in the attached figure - a solar cell enhanced with plasmonic nanoparticles on the semiconductor surface, with a simple Drude model for such nanoparticles.
I hope I haven't missed anything but it seems that the user manual for the Semiconductor Module doesn't cover the topic, hence I am asking on the forum.
My doubt is the following: what boundary conditions should be set in the drift-diffusion simulation at metal-semiconductor interfaces?
Thanks in advance for your help.
