Problem in adding "user defined library"

I am using COMSOL 4.2a version, i wanted saving some materials in "user defined library" but i couldn't find it. i have followed the user guide on how to locate it but i still couldn't locate it. Pls any one with an idea pls help me, am still not too good in using the software.
