Problem in revolving 2D result to 3D

Hi,
I am working on 2D AC/Dc module. I have simulated a coil and I want to see its 3D view. I chose a new data set and selected domains but when I try to revolve 2D into 3D it give me error as" Data may not cross the axis of revolution.

Hi

I assume that this error message comes from the fact that a 2D axi into 3D by revolution requires, in COMSOL, that all your domains are to ONE side of the axis of rotation.

Just as in 2D-Axi, you should never have anything drawn (when finished) in the left side of the R<0 region

Good luck
