Composite Planar Wall Heat Conduction

Hello!I am trying to derive the heat transfer of a composite wall. The temperatures at the left and right wall are 200 and 50 degC which are the only boundary conditions. I have made my model but the simulation reslut doesnt match the theoretical one. Any advice on how I can make the model more accurate?
