Material content of Analyte of a Photonic Crystal Fiber

I'm trying to detect an analyte using photonic crystal fiber. When domain is selected in blank material for analyte layer it's only asking for refractive index, real & imaginary part. I tried to add more material properties to make the analyte unique in material content section. But got no difference in result.

Dear Barua the analyte is characterized by complex permittivity or refractive index only, no need for more informations. you can share your model to find the error.
