How to plot a surface plot where the cross-section of a time dependent solution is plotted against the postion and time?.

I have solved a time dependent diffusion equation on a circular disk. I would now like to visualize the results as a surface, where a one dimensional cross section of the solution (the concentration as a function of radius) is plotted as a function of time. I would be very greatful is someone could help me with this!

P.S. I do not want to just solve the one dimensional case as I probably will need the two dimensions as I expand my model..
