Some trouble with a problem of diffusion

Hi,

I m using a thermo chemical model of convection diffusion with arhenius parameter k which depend of temperature.
In the same time i have a problem of heat transfer, so i have a variation of Temperature.
So i have k must change in every time.
But in my result, i have k constant. How can i make k variable with T?
