Multi-flow CFD

I have to simulate a co-axial flow of two different fluids (liquids) which converge in the same channel and react to form a third element (gel-like). Any suggestion on how to do it in terms of materials (especially the "reacted" one) and interfaces (two channels converging in one)? Thanks in advance!
