Nonlinear solver did not converge

I am modelling water flowing in a tube. The tube is placed inside a container filled with water. The container is being cooled by two Peltiers (rectangular cooling slabs) which are placed on two of its walls.

I am trying to measure the temperature of the water in the beaker over time. The water flowing in the tube has a different temperature than the one in the beaker. Additionally, the peltiers have low temperatures to cause the cooling.

Whenever, I am running the model, it starts to give me some temperature measurements but then stops giving the error - nonlinear solver did not converge.

Attached are screenshots of the error message along with other parameters for the flow properties.

Would anyone know how I might fix this?
