Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hii,

I am studying the Conical Mandrel Bending test. As a part of it I have to deofrm a metal sheet into a conical Shape.

I am trying to use the Prescribed Displacement Boundary Condition to defrom the metal sheet into a conical structure. However I am unable to perform it. Can someone please help me with this.

i am attaching the .mph file which has Metal Sheet and Conical Mandrel (Disables within Geometry). I want to deform the metal sheet into the shape of conical mandrel.

Thank you

To change the shape into a cone, there should for one be non-linear geometry included. And I think you should look into follower loads.
