Inductance and capacitance effect

Hi All I have a question about how to calculate the combined effect of inductance and capacitance. I have paper-insulated conductors that are manufactured with particular numbers of turns and then discs. I used an LCR metre to measure the impedance at the setup's input terminal and created an impedance plot vs. frequency with peaks and troughs. The peaks and troughs are caused by the R, L, and C of the insulated conductors. How can I implement the same model in COMSOL? Which physics will analyse all insulations, compute R, L, and C, and provide a plot similar to that generated from an LCR metre when measuring impedance. For reference, I've included png files showing the actual setup and the type of plot obtained.
