My ferrite core ICP is experiencing an error (Division by zero)

Hello, I'm a graduate student who studies ICP plasma using ferrite core. I've modeled it in my own way(PCB Coil, Ferrite cores, and Plasma chamber), but Solver is experiencing an error. I attached a .mph file(compressed it into .zip file) below, so I'd appreciate it if you could download it and 'study' it. It won't take long. Thank you!
