Pointwise constraint problem

Hello everyone , I am currently trying to simulate one model of piezoelectric synthetic jet actuator and while simulating it did not reach convergence and shows warning as ' time derivatives are used in pointwise constraints, this can lead to convergence problems. ' can anybody tell me solution for this problem if they know. Thanks.
