Measuring pressure on the pad when the pressure pad in pushed against the skin

Hello,
I am trying to measure strain that is obtained on the center of the ridge when the pressure is applied on the pressure pad with ridges. The pressure pad is made from flexible 80A material from formlabs.
When i tried applying pressure on just one ridge, I was getting desired strain on the ridge with fixed constraint on the bottom side of the ridge (as that would be in contact with the skin). But when I tried adding a layer of skin underneath the ridge and adding symmetry on all the four sides (I designed a block with certain height for skin), I am getting ) strain all aver which is incorrect. Can any of you help me with this?
I am sharing a few pictures of the simulation that I am getting.
Thanks. Shloka Shah
