I can not seem to model the ionization of air just using electro magnetism, temperature and pressure.
Can anyone advise me or send process?

Ivan,
it depends on the details. If you want to see the electric field and relate it to temperature and pressure dependant breakdown fieldstrength in air you can probably do it with electromagnetics.
If you want to model the ionization process itself it sounds like you may need the plasma module or implement your own equations. However I can't advise on that because I don't have the module.
