How to find Piezoresistive coupling matrix of gold,Al.

Hi All,

I want to work on piezoresistive bases sensor using common material like Al/Au.But I can not find Piezoresistive coupling matrix of gold,Al in m^4/(s*A^2) unit.What should I do?

Do any of you know?
