which coupling operator to use?

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,

I have the field for two different fibers with slightly different geometries (lets call them E1 and E2).

Now I want to calculate the integral:

where A is the area of both fibers.

I was oriented by the support personnel to use a general extrussion operator. But I dont find much documentation and I havent been succesful in aplying it.

So far, what I'm doing is declaring a General Extrussion Operator in Model1. Then under Derived Values >> Surface Integration, I put the following expression:

emw2.Ex*conj(mod1.genext1(emw.Ex))

using the dataset where emw2 is stored.

Please see the attached file, so you get a better a idea.
