I'm a new user of Comsol.
What I'm trying to do is to make a simple model (3D) in which there's a moving magnet placed under a spiral inductor and i want to see the induced voltage across the spiral inductor. The magnet is moving in the y direction. above the spiral inductor there's a sheet of a high permeability material.
I've created an Identity pair (boundaries between the air domain in which the magnet moves and the "fixed" air where the inductor is placed), because as I understood this "layer" needs to make a continuity condition for fields in domain with non-congruent mesh.
I've found similar error in the forum but still don't understand what i'm missing:
The boundary 4 is one of the identity pair.
Failed to evaluate variable Jacobian.
- Variable: mod1.tAx_lmTy
- Geometry: 1
- Boundary: 4
My version is 4.3b i'm solving with MF
tried to attach the file but getting an file error size (maybe too big? 23MB)
thank you!
