Error message: Undefined value found

Hi, I have this error massage when running my COMSOL model. Can anyone give me some clue for fixing it?

There are 85345 equations giving NaN/Inf in the matrix rows for the variable c

and similarly for the degrees of freedom, NaN/Inf in the matrix columns
