why it is different between Axial 2D and 3D in Non-Newtonian Flow.

Hellow, i have used this for about 2 weeks. but i have some problems. so i need some help.
i drawn a model of the cylinder which is same both them. and they are same values, boudary
conditions... but it differs for the results.... 2D(Axial) is 2 times of 3D for the result.
if you have some time to watch my attached files, please tell me what it is worng.
